September 30th, 2008 by Business Marketing

Whether you are looking for someone to guide you through a real estate transaction, lead you step by step through the process of Tax Lien or Tax Deed Auctions, or just simply help you improve your business strategies in Real Estate; a coach can help you make your dreams come true and relieve a world of stress from your daily work load.

Coaches provide one-on-one training that will open new doors and cause you to look at the Tax Lien and Deed and Foreclosure business with a new prospective. Coaching will help you gain confidence and you’ll get real information, formulas, methods, and strategies that business coaches have perfected and made work in their business.

Coaching Keeps You Focused On Success And Provides Great Knowledge on Working Through Deals Effectively.

Not surprising, a recent survey revealed that Coaching students are 80% more successful working with a coach. They are able to accelerate their income because they have direct communication with a wealth-building coach.

Many people on both amateur & entrepreneurial levels have used coaches in wealth building, real estate, tax lien & deed auction strategies, and many more aspects pertaining to their industries specifically. Coaching clients and students have realized Thousands of dollars in increased revenues by simply working with a professional in relation to their business needs, who can guide them through the techniques using a make-sense approach.

Most coaches are wealth building guidance coaches who share what they have learned in business. Just recently in Cape Canaveral, Florida, Rich Turner, asked “Coach Rocco” if he could tag along to a foreclosure sale that he mentioned attending. Rocco of course agreed to bring Rich along and knew it would be an awesome opportunity for Rich to expand his knowledge of the foreclosure auction process. Rocco and Rich made arrangements and on March 26th they went to a county civil department to research properties. Next, Rocco took Rich on a drive to look at several properties that were to be listed in the auction. Rocco and Rich went to the sale that day but did not buy anything, there just were not any good deals. Even though they did not buy, Rich learned a great deal about the importance of researching the properties and the correct way to do your research. Rich later told us that he learned quite a bit from the experience, and planned on attending more Foreclosure sales in the future, thanks to Rocco’s coaching efforts! This is just one example of how coaching in the Real Estate market can assist an investor.

With help from a coach, you can expect to learn the ropes and achieve the necessary steps to success in any transaction. We encourage you to do your homework on how a business coach could help you realize greater profits!

Affiliate Marketing Campaigns - Have Other People Sell Teleseminars for You

September 29th, 2008 by Business Marketing

All of the people who go through my trainings are considered alumni and become eligible to be affiliate resellers of my courses. When they sell a course, they receive a commission.

Student, affiliate, partner. That’s the sequence, and the beauty about affiliate marketing is there’s no inventory. You can build your business through Teleseminars in teaching and training your affiliates. Your affiliates are essentially treasure maps that lead to treasure chests full of other treasure maps. You can find all those other treasure maps by utilizing Teleseminars.

I don’t know why people don’t this, but you can create a Teleseminar to pump up and motivate your affiliates and then have them promote you on your behalf. I’ve done this with TeleseminarSecrets, VirtualBookTourSecrets and PodcastSecrets. I’ve launched an affiliate program for virtually every course I have to offer.

Let’s say you have an affiliate program. There’s no reason why you can’t have a Teleseminar with your affiliates to have contests, update how your best affiliates are marketing your products, recognize best practices and outstanding efforts, give monetary awards and talk about upcoming events.

A Teleseminar raises intimacy. Use the power of intimacy to your advantage to get your affiliates excited about your product and get them moving along to promote your product. In the end, this all benefits you.

If your affiliates are invited to a free call where they can ask questions and have them answered and you’re revealing the best practices that other affiliates have found, they will get excited and they will help promote and sell your product.

You will make out like a bandit and so will your affiliates. It’s a win-win-win situation. The traffic that the affiliates send to you win because they get to the source. They get to the top of the mountain, not just to the foot of the mountain. And the affiliates win because they’re getting paid for the referral. And of course, you win, too.

I’ve done this with iShopping Cart affiliates where we’ve had Teleseminars and we see a bump in business the next day - within 24 hours - because we get people pumped up during that intimate Teleseminar.

The key is to make it simple, make it exciting, and don’t have it go longer than an hour. I’ve found that 45 minutes is the sweet spot for an affiliate call or a sales call.

That is the power of Teleseminars when used with affiliate marketing campaigns. As simple as it is, it is oftentimes overlooked. Don’t overlook it - remember it is a in-win-win situation.

This is the model I’ve used to make $25,000 an hour, and now you can do the same. If you want to learn exactly how I did this, step-by-step, go to http://www.TeleseminarSecretsProfile.com, where you’ll also be able to get a free custom marketing electronic analysis. My Teleseminars and online marketing strategies have helped authors, speakers, consultants, entrepreneurs and small business owners maximize their online profits with minimal time and effort.

Internet Network Marketing - Four Main Advantages Over Retail Internet Marketing

September 26th, 2008 by Business Marketing

Internet network marketing is much more beneficial than marketing on the internet because of the team spirit, support from the upline team, support from the company, the leverage, and the residual income. Additionally it costs much less to start up your own network marketing business. Those network marketers who become successful work as a team. Building teams all over the world can be very exciting, when it comes time to meet people in the team in their own country.

Marketing retail products on the internet is different to Internet Network Marketing in a number of ways:

1) The Leverage

Network marketers have a team of people advertising the company products and people are paid based on the whole team’s efforts, and this is leverage of your time. A network marketer can leverage his or her time even more, by using the internet. They can use Webinars, VOIP Calls, and Internet Marketing systems, to speak with prospects and to train their people, hundreds at one time if required.

In contrast, a marketer doing retail on the internet needs to work consistently on optimizing their websites and/or pay for advertising.

Internet Marketers cannot get leverage unless they are very clever in creating their own product and find affiliates to aggressively promote for them. This way of marketing is very challenging for an internet marketer.

2) The Residual Income

Residual income is that which comes every week or each month, even if you take a holiday. Those who earn six figure incomes in network marketing do the same amount of work they did when earning 4 or 5 figure incomes. As each leader is trained, that leader looks after their own teams, so the leader at the head of the group is still only looking after a similar number of people.

So, a network marketer can stop working and still receive residual income, just as an author of a book continues to receive income long after the book has been written. When a network marketer sells the company’s product online, and teaches their downline to attract customers in the same way, that network marketer gets paid commissions on all their downline’s sales also.

When internet marketers teach other internet marketers, they only get paid for the teaching, and Not on all the sales of those they have taught.

Internet marketers earn some residual income if they promote affiliate programs. A network marketer has the ability to earn a lot more income from a network marketing compensation plan than an affiliate marketer can earn. Affiliate marketers may earn a little from one or two levels below them, but a network marketing compensation plan allows network marketers to earn many different bonuses, and get paid on many different levels. Some mlm companies pay commissions on all levels, and this translates to a lot of additional income to that which affiliate marketers get from one or two levels.

3) Support from Company and Upline Team Members

With internet network marketing, the company and it’s support team are there to assist with all the operational details of the business, and even with some of the marketing. A network marketing company ships products for the network marketer, does the money transactions, and handles product returns and complaints.

In addition, most companies provide a lot of training, plus websites for marketing and some marketing tools. Network marketers only need to pay for additional advertising and marketing tools.

In contrast, internet marketers don’t usually have a company to give them support and they pay all the advertising costs, website hosting, training, merchant bank fees, and other start up costs.

4) The Team Spirit

Network Marketers work as a team, they have an upline support team and all those who join them are part of their team. Assisting others in the team to earn money is a lot of fun and making friends with people from all different countries is even more fun when you go to meet them and see their country or city. Another advantage of team work, is that Network marketers share the advertising costs throughout the team.

As a marketer on the internet, it’s rather lonely because everything is done on your own. As an Internet marketers you only get paid on what you do, and you do all the work by yourself, (unless you pay someone to assist you).

To summarise, a network marketer has many advantages, especially on the internet. Network marketers have more residual income because they are paid on the whole team’s efforts, there is support from upline and the company, they have more leverage and they get the benefits of being part of a team.

The Reasons Agriculture is Important

September 25th, 2008 by Business Marketing

Why is agriculture important? The concept of ‘food security’ is fundamentally important, and for that reason, agriculture is important. The task of feeding its people has been perhaps the first priority of its rulers throughout history. As such, agriculture is considered to be the very basis of political and social stability of a nation since times immemorial.

Moreover, the agricultural sector plays an important role in the sphere of providing large scale employment to people. Large and moderately large farms employ workers to undertake the various jobs relating to cultivation of crops and care of farm animals. In most of the countries of the world, agriculture still remains the biggest sector responsible for the employing and feeding a large percentage of the population.

Agriculture is also important from the point of view of appraising the standard of a country’s development, based on the competence of its farmers. Poorly trained farmers cannot apply the advanced methods and new technologies. The prominence of science and technology in the development of agriculture is quite clear from the words of Deng Xiaoping -

The development of agriculture depends first on policy, and second on science. There is neither any limit to developments in science and technology, nor to the role that they can play in the field of agricultural growth’.

Though agriculture often plays a contributory role in the ‘Gross Domestic Product’ - GDP - of most countries, it nevertheless requires a substantial boost from both the local and the international community.

Agriculture is traditionally based on bulk manufacturing. Harvesting is done once a season, most of the times, and stocked and used later. In fact, some thinkers opine that people have begun to adopt ‘batch processing’ and ’stocking’ in manufacturing, as a result of the practices from agricultural thinking. Before industrialization, people with the biggest stocks of food and other supplies were considered more stable, and they were able to face challenges of nature without having to starve.

So important is the role of agriculture that new concepts keep ‘cropping up’ to give the traditional activity a modern turn. One such new concept the world is raving about these days is - the importance of ‘organic farming’. There is evidence that, apart from their numerous other benefits, organic farms are more sustainable and environmentally sound, giving agriculture a new dimension.

The importance of agricultural practices was further established when ‘Organic food’ began as a small movement decades ago, with gardeners and farmers rejecting the use of conventional non-organic practices. With the growth of the Organic food market now outpacing much of the food industry, many big companies have ventured into it. With the emergence of multi-national companies, and with the creation of a legal certification framework such as the Soil Association, there is every doubt that the very definition of organic food will change, making it more of a commercial activity than ever before!

In fact, modern agriculture has already undergone a sea-change from the ancient times. Today, the importance of agriculture lies in the fact that it is practiced both for subsistence as well as commercial reasons!

The business opportunity provided by Melaleuca comes with a compensative plan that’s multilevel and completely based on open-ended matrix.

The compensation plan is wonderful and profit producing. However, the only problem with this plan is that it is not easily understand by many. Another problem is that it is a matrix compensation plan and the spillover can happen any moment. This leads to a lot of laziness in people involved in the business. One of the best examples for this is when a person works hard and sponsors many people under his team and receives only less amount of compensation check. Some of the team members here, may assume that they have received their check for doing nothing or the whole concept of MLM is receiving pay checks without doing anything some people are highly successful in earning handsome amount from these matrix plans but others may require to struggle.

Melaleuca is here to offer you a decent product range. The compensation plan may not be something that would satisfy you to the lift. If you can easily manage to get an average of about 100 people or more and make about a $1000 residual check on a monthly basis, this MLM opportunity will do you a lot good. Marketing Melaleuca products may be quite productive. However, at the end of the day, you may feel that the rewards are not so exciting. This may be due to a lot of reasons such as the following:

  • Your downline may not do better
  • You may be living in a small town where reaching too many people for business is hard.
  • You are unable to meet too many people too soon.
  • You don’t have enough time.

    Contextual And Behavioral Marketing

September 17th, 2008 by Business Marketing

Internet marketing can take many forms these days. Two of the newest kids on the block aren’t really new at all. Contextual and behavioral marketing have been around for a while but recently have taken on new life. Each has different aspects but is similar in some ways. You might say that each is related to the other relatively closely.

As a matter of fact, they have been around long before the internet came about. I remember a day in 1989 when the bank called my wife asking her if she has her Mastercard. To her surprise she found it was gone from her wallet and she didn’t notice that until the bank called. They informed her that someone charged $6000(!) on her card the day before. She told them it wasn’t her and asked to cancel the card immediately. She was even more surprised when she was told they already did! When she asked how come, the answer was “We noticed this is not your spending pattern”. And there it was. I guarantee you that a lot of the advertisement we received in the mail related to that spending pattern. And if you think that when you read your favourite newspaper online they don’t watch your pattern, then watch closely the ads that appear when you do.

Contextual marketing is a type of marketing in which an automated system generates and displays ads on a web site that are related to the site’s content. A good current example is Google’s AdSense program. For instance, say your site is focused on travel and you have chosen to display AdSense ads on your site. Those ads would be for things like airline tickets, travel packages, luggage or any other ads that relate to travel items.

Contextual marketing gives businesses more bang for the buck by ensuring that the consumer sees the proper ad at the right time. This leads to a click which in turn brings great amounts of traffic to the web site. Using contextual methods targets the right customer at the right time increasing the possibility of a purchase.

Behavioral marketing, on the other hand, is dependent upon another type of information. Every time you perform a search, your search behavior is logged. As a result, you can actually receive ads based on your search activity. This information is commonly compiled by either clickstream data or IP information. For instance, say you are in the market for a new car and you search for new models of SUV. You may find yourself getting new car ads in your inbox as soon as 24 hours later.

So how are the two related? It really is elementary if you think it through.

Although ads are originally served in a contextual format based on a site’s content, the data collected is sorted into segments and then redistributed based on search behavior information. So even though the ad you clicked on was related in a contextual way, if you click that ad, you may find yourself receiving ads as a result of your search/click behavior. In this way, contextual marketing can be used to collect data specifically to be segmented and used on a behavioral marketing basis.

These two methods can also be used to gauge how visitors react to different marketing strategies. Companies can actually place ads that are closely related to the site’s content, get you to click that ad and then present you with a completely different kind of material. In this way, marketing companies can do research on the response to different contextual ad content based on behavioral actions. This information can be used to predict a need and serve ads to consumers in an almost psychic manner. It is almost like having your mind read via the Internet.

So contextual marketing is the first step in understanding visitor behavior. We may not have to differentiate between the two much longer based on that analysis. Eventually, it seems, we will be served ads based entirely on our Internet behavior.

In any case, you are being watched and served according to what you do on the net. Sort of sounds like George Orwell’s Big Brother, doesn’t it?

Facebook Demographic based social ads are most probably the next generation Internet marketing tool. For more information visit Internet Marketing BYTES.

Top Six Benefits of Business Outsourcing

September 12th, 2008 by Business Marketing

Small businesses can benefit from business outsourcing. Rather than focusing exclusively on the costs of outsourcing certain activities of your business, you should also consider the benefits such a change would bring.

    Cost Reduction

Business outsourcing can help lower your business’s expenses. Let’s say you have ai clothing business. The equipment you’re using is not the best in the line, and it contributes to increasing your production costs. But what if you simply outsource your equipment needs instead? Would you be able to lower your production costs?

Labor costs can be reduced as well. Rather than hiring temporary or project-based employees, why not simply outsource your human resource needs to BPO vendors who know exactly what they’re doing? Working with an experienced frm will ensure that you don’t have to waste time going through dozens of applicants just to find a perfect fit.

    No Waste of Time

Business outsourcing let you take on projects right away and start on them immediately. Rather than spending time amassing your resources, you can simply approach a BPO vendor and they’ll provide you with all the resources you need for a fixed cost. The BPO vendor will take care of everything, from screening applicants to training them for their new job. All you need to do is simply give the BPO vendor an idea of what your needs are.

    Improved Efficiency

Consider how your business operates. Is marketing research and development or product distribution slowing you down? If none of them make up your company’s core competencies then nothing is stopping you from outsourcing them. By contracting such functions to a trusted third party, your company’s efficiency is improved two-fold: you have more time to focus on more important activities while contracted activities are performed at an even more efficient rate since they have greater resources and expertise than you do in those fields.

    Act Big

Small businesses are David and the big scary corporations are Goliath. But David managed to beat Goliath, didn’t he? And all he had was a sling. In the world of business, BPO vendors are the ones that could provide you with the exact kind of sling you need to defeat your competitors. With the help of business outsourcing, you’ll be able to level the playing field and maybe even face down the competition in time.

    Lower Risk

Almost everything in business comes with a certain degree of risk. Of course, the lower the risk, the better your position is. Business outsourcing can reduce the risk you’re taking in various ways. When you’re entering a new market, you can let a local BPO firm handle marketing research and development for you and you’ll be privy to insider’s knowledge.

    Building Your Reputation

You’ve graduated from a culinary school with flying honors and you bake the best brownies in town. You want to go into business but you don’t know how to package and distribute your product effectively. Rather than force your customers to tolerate your bungling efforts, why not outsource your needs to a firm with the kind of expertise that will impress your customers?

By outsourcing your needs to experts, you’re able to quickly build a name for yourself and be known not just for having the best brownies but ones that come in an excellent package, too!

These are not the only benefits of business outsourcing, but they’ll more than do for a start, don’t they?

Multi Level Marketing Facts You Must Know

September 9th, 2008 by Business Marketing

Network Marketing is a vibrant industry offering employment to over 43 million people worldwide with a turnover exceeding $ 75 billion in worldwide sales of products and services as per the figures of the World Federation of Direct Sales Association (WFDSA) a body regulating the conduct of business on ethical lines and all members are bound by this code of conduct.

Worldwide the Direct selling industry is gaining ground as it helps to eliminate multi layered distribution network and costly advertising. The profits thus generated help in reducing the cost of the product and help Direct Selling agents to make money for themselves and the organization they create.

Paul Zane Pilsner a renowned economist and author of New York Times Best sellers such as ‘Unlimited Wealth’ and ‘The Next Trillion Dollar’ describes Network Marketing as Intellectual Distribution educating consumers about products and services that will improve their lives, products, and services that they didn’t already know existed.

The Network Marketing requires one important criteria-that is to be a product user oneself and then promote the products based on ones own benefits and convictions, unlike conventional marketing where many of the products are never used by a person promoting them.

The Network Marketing is currently a subject of much debate due to some unscrupulous companies exploiting the lack of awareness of Networking Marketing or MLM as it is commonly called. WFDSA has put out detailed guidelines for the network marketing companies on ethical conduct of business. All DSAs that are members of the WFDSA pledge to abide by the World Codes of Conduct as a minimum standard of ethical behavior

They are strictly prohibited from forming pyramid schemes which pull in money from unwary consumers on tall promises of big money and benefit few people, schemes which do not have quality product or services meeting with local laws and paying money for recruitments.

WFDSA also has very detailed guidelines for choosing the right opportunity, the questions to be asked before choosing an opportunity and verifying the antecedents of the company that one wishes to join. There are legal counsels worldwide with whom complaints can be lodged in the event of any malpractices or complaints about the companies. But for all these safeguards to work one must join business opportunities offered by companies which are members of the WFDSA. There are country chapters or associations which are in turn members of WFDSA subscribing to the Better Business Practices. The addresses may be had at the WFDSA website.

Direct selling provides important benefits to individuals who desire an opportunity to earn an income and build a business of their own especially in the current scenario of rampant unemployment; to consumers who enjoy an alternative to shopping in crowded market, difficulties of traveling in congested roads and parking places or the like; and to the consumer products market. It offers an alternative to traditional employment for those who desire a flexible income earning opportunity to supplement their household income, or whose responsibilities or circumstances do not allow for regular part-time or full time employment. In many cases, direct selling opportunities develop into a fulfilling career for those who achieve success and choose to pursue their independent direct selling business on a full time basis.

As in every business this industry is also beset with unscrupulous elements trying to cash in on the new opportunities. The people buying products should thoroughly verify and ask for proof of compliance with local laws, company background, and exhaustive testimonials on product usage claims before buying these products. The quickest way to assess the company is the length of time they have been in business. Any company with over a decade in the business is certain to have met all requirements as otherwise they may not have survived for so long.

Similarly people wishing to join the business opportunity must make sure that the entry into the business is inexpensive and any investments should only be on products and the quantity of stocking should be purely on what you can sell within a reasonable period of time say a 15 day inventory. Stocking should not be done on the basis of income claims or lure of higher positions. It is very important not to be swayed with huge income claims. Please remember that all business can be developed only on principles of hard work ethics, and bringing value to the customers and income can be generated only with good products and not on mere recruitments.

Detailed Guidelines of WFDSA can be read in the respective websites.
